Letter from our new CEO, Andy Kieffer
Dear Friends of VoxFeed,
Welcome to 2020! After wrapping up a successful 2019 we’re excited about some big changes coming up for 2020. I wanted to reach out to you personally to explain where VoxFeed is headed.
First up: A new CEO.
Gustavo López has done an incredible job of getting the company to where it is today over the past 7 years. Now, VoxFeed is expanding into the USA, Asia, and European markets. With this new move, the board of directors and Gustavo, felt they needed someone with more experience running a global company. As the initial investor in VoxFeed and one of its more active supporters throughout its early days, the board of directors asked if I’d take on that role. I was more than happy to accept and have been active as the CEO for several months now.
A strategy shift toward authenticity.
You’ve always known VoxFeed as the place to go to find influencers to support your brand. We’re expanding our approach to encompass fans and everyday users. We’ve found that some of the most effective brand content is not generated by professional influencers – but by every day people who authentically use and love your products. We recently launched VoxFeed Plus, a product that enables you to create a sponsor/fan community that you can reward with discounts, free product, or experiences in exchange for content that shows how and why they love your product or brand.
Private Label Partners.
Brands and agencies have asked us if they could create a network of their own sponsors and fans – a network that features their own logos, colors, and marks. Now you can! As of Jan 1, 2020 we launched VoxFeed Private Label where you can build a stand-alone network with just the content creators that you want to invite. Now you can create deeper, long-term, multi-campaign relationships with them and their audience.
We’re going global.
As brands and their consumers are becoming increasingly global, VoxFeed is expanding its footprint beyond Mexico as well. This year, we will be operating in South and Central America, the US, Asia, and Europe through a combination of a direct VoxFeed presence as well as via our Private Label Partners – if you’re interested in becoming a Private Label Partner, drop us a line.
Quick Start Program.
And Finally, we’ve optimized our engagement process so that we can help a Brand create and execute their first micro campaign in a matter of hours. Our goal is to give brands an easy and quick way to get some hands-on experience with the VoxFeed platform. With the Quick Start Program, our team will help you set, execute, and measure your first micro campaign right over the phone (schedule your first call here!). We host three web-share sessions: 1. Set up and launch the campaign. 2. Review/approve/schedule the content, and 3. Review the results. The total time commitment is 1 1/2 hours spread over about a week and a half.
As you can see, we have a lot on our plate for 2020 and we’re excited to get rolling. If there is anything in this email that you’d like to hear more about, or just generally want to get in touch, please reach out to me at andy@voxfeed.com and we’ll set aside some time to chat.
Thanks and best of luck for the new year!!
Andy Kieffer
